What a difference a few years can make
I fell into HR and Recruitment while helping my aunt with her recruitment business, followed by working within recruitment agencies. I learned the foundations of the industry while raising my young daughter.
Feeling the rush of getting new jobs on the system, helping people find jobs they love. It was rewarding seeing companies fill roles and make their visions come to reality.
Later, I worked in large companies with 30k+ employees, which gave me great experiences on bigger issues, but I felt constrained and unable to unleash my full potential. I used this time to absorb practical experiences while pursuing the necessary professional qualifications, opening up new horizons and raising my now two daughters.
It was after the arrival of my third daughter was born that I summoned the courage to take a giant leap and establish my HR and Recruitment company.
My passion was ignited by assisting small businesses with their HR and Recruitment needs, where I could effect profound change. Being able to hire the right people into positions and help guide them on their paths is a game-changing feeling.
I revelled in the opportunity to touch every facet of HR.
As demand surged, I expanded my team (and my family, with a son), sharing the load to try and multiply impact.
